I was use to a doctor that would tell me he was sending me to a specialist routinely to check my eyes because I was a diabetic rather than me tell him or I needed a vaccine, or that I needed to go to a dentist and not me telling him. Today was one of the greatest visits with Dr. Morales. I walked in with tears in my eyes and I walked out with a smile . I had great pain on my left shoulder, high I didn’t know what was happening to me. He ordered X-rays to make sure nothing was out of place and gave me an injection for the pain . Dr became enraged because I hadn't been vaccinated for the Chinese virus. He then accused me of not believing in medicine and asked me what I was doing there if I didn't believe in medicine. When I tried.to explain to him that I had just lost my father inlaw due to covid he threw my blood work results at me and walked out the room. After a few seconds I got up to see where he was, however the nurse escorted me to the main lobby. I thought this was part of the procedure if a Dr. refused to see a patient. I didn't get the blood work results explained to me, but I was able to get my medications with the help of a patient advocate a week later.

As always it's a pleasure to get to an opportunity to visit with Dr Morales he's an expert in his field and his understanding of very multiple wide range of symptoms that people may undergo I've had a vasectomy and kidney stones from two other doctors and Dr Morales Lee seamlessly was able to get my records and blood work from these other doctors in order to better serve me he's a great doctor far exceeds my expectations in one of the main reasons I'm still with gonzaba medical center even though I reside in shavano Park

This was my first appointment with Dr.Morales Mendez, I was worried after being very pleased under Dr. Cervantes.But I have to say I liked his mannerism, kindness, his time spent explaining the test results ., as well as the changes needed to take to improve my health . I have to say if Dr. Cervantes trained him kudos to both .
