I recently had surgery and was not able to go to my scheduled appointment, Dr Morales had his staff contact me and we had a video call. I’m impressed at the level of attention to an individual patient.

He doesn't seem to look at the patients charts before he sees them. His bedside manner is lacking and needs improvement. He doesn't seem to like when patients or caregivers ask questions, challenge his diagnosis or provide insight to help understand the patient better. When a patient seems to have ongoing issues, he doesn't address next or continued steps in treatment at annual. Mother has had a serious ongoing issue since 2021 and in the past 4 visits had not mentioned it.
