My mother has been going to him for years now and since taking over her care its just been the run around with him. When issues or concerns are brought to his attention, he passive aggressively ignores them or brushes them off. When questions are asked he talks in circles or proceeds repeat what you've just told him. There is very poor communication and the level of care my elderly mother has gotten is below the bar. She is just another number. He seems to never remember his own recommendations. Never reaches out to patient when hearing from specialist. It's been almost a year and my mother has not gotten the help that she needs and her symptoms and quality of life are getting worse. That is why I'm changing her doctor so hopefully she starts to get the care she needs.

I enjoy so much my six month visit, I' trust him, he gets involved in my whole care ( physically, mentally and listen attentivelly because I involve my faith) He's my blessing

Dr. Jacobo Morales is a doctor of Family Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. A foreign medical graduate from Nicaragua with experience in Epidemiologic and Demographic research, he earned his medical degree at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua Faculty of Medicine and completed a rotating internship at the Health Ministry of Nicaragua, working in several departments such as Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Community Medicine.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Morales received his residency training in Family and Community Medicine at the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, TX.
As of 2015, Dr. Morales is officially a part of the Gonzaba Medical Group family where he is continuing his work serving families in the community.
