Jacob Seiler MD is currently seeing patients in Chilton and Fox Valley.
Dr. Jacob Seiler earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois in Chicago and completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. He completed his fellowship in sports medicine at the UHZ Sports Medicine Institute in Miami, where he worked with the Miami Dolphins and Florida International University. He also worked with collegiate and high school football athletes.
Dr. Seiler treats the full spectrum of orthopedic conditions, although he takes special interest in sports-related injuries and conditions. Dr. Seiler says he likes to work with his hands and solve problems, a perfect fit for an orthopedic surgeon.
A true Midwesterner, Dr. Seiler enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and daughter, hunting, fishing and golfing. He also plays electric and acoustic guitar, sings, writes songs, and is fluent in Spanish.

I was referred to Dr Seiler from my ortho as Dr Seiler is one of the partners who specialize in my type of case. He was personable, detail oriented, and I appreciate that he asked me my story rather than reading from a chart. He also greeted my family, even asked my eldest kiddo about a book he was reading. He had a game plan and a backup plan. I feel confident that I am in good hands.
Dr. Seiler is always so professional and friendly. He always gives me a thorough explanation to his patients even if it takes extra time. He has never made me feel like he was in a rush. I continue going back to see him whenever I need an appointment at OSMS. Fabulous doctor!
