Told me to return to normal work, it's only been 5 days since my injury and my ankle still hurts and my normal job is climbing a lot of stairs. Now I'm having issues with my employer since I'm still in pain and they expect me to work like normal

I had a rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder and Dr. Seiler, the nurses, and staff treated me with the utmost kindness and care. This was essentially my first surgery at 45 years old and all my fears were quickly eliminated within a short time before surgery. I’m so beyond blessed to have had this type of experience with surgery and to know this kind of care does exist. The doctors and staff really put their heart and knowledge in the work they do, right down to the most minor detail. I would not hesitate to have a surgery performed again at OSMS.

I had a 3:20 appointment, and didn't get seen until 4. no supplies on hand to splint my hand. more wait time, didn't get out of the clinic until 4:30. I had to drive an hour each way the next day. had to wait another 45 min to be seen then also. The doctor was friendly. I am not sure why they feel there time is more valuable than mine.
