Dr Pennington and his staff are the best! Had an anterior total hip done on July 21, 2026 at the Murdock surgical center. The staff there were awesome too!! Dr Pennington did an awesome job with my hip. No pain meds other than Tylenol and I was up vacuuming the next day! lol it’s been smooth sailing since then. Started walking 2 miles after the first week and getting better each day. Should be back doing my 4 miles in another week! Should have done this procedure a year ago! Thank you dr Pennington. You are the best!! Highly recommend advance orthopedic center and Dr Pennington!

Dr. J. Pennington is very professional and if an old lady can say, a nice looking young man.
Dr Pennington has been amazing! My knee replacement is doing really well even though he had to repair it after I fell on it and broke it open. He's so kind and so skilled. I would trust him completely.
Dr. Pennington is great! He checked my knee and reassured me that it would resolve given some more time.
