I was very pleased with my experience at Advanced Orthopedic. It started Friday when I went to the desk to set up an appointment and was able to get one for Monday. I was to see Dr. Pennington's assistant but he met me himself. I was having a lot of pain but the team took xRays and Dr. Pennington explained what I was dealing with, what could be done and when he could do it. I came out feeling much better about my prognosis.
I am 13 days post op (total knee replacement ) and I am walking freely without a walker or cane. I have to say that I had the BEST surgeon for the job! Dr. Pennington is a caring, kind and informative doctor. I heard horror stories about knee replacements and was worried about getting my right knee done. The first visit to his office, he made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about my surgery. When I went into pre-op, he was there to answer any questions and make sure I didn’t have any anxiety about the surgery. He took his time and didn’t rush me or make me feel like he didn’t have time for me. I just left my first post op visit and again there was no rush and he made me feel like he was there to assist me with any concerns I had. I would and have recommended him to everyone who needs a knee replacement. He is truly the best!

He is the best ortho surgeon hands down. I had both hips replaced within 1.5 years and each one was a real quick recovery!!
