Dr. Pennington is always friendly and projects that he is very interested in his patients wellbeing.
Waited 80 minutes for an appt at 10am. Waiting room full and lots of irritated patients kept waiting. When I finally went to a room, more waiting and once Dr Pennington entered, he spent maybe 10 minutes with me - and only because I made him answer my questions before he tried exiting after only a few minutes. Would NOT recommend!
He was very straight forward and explained clearly what I must do to complete my
