He completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Kidder then completed a fellowship in shoulder care in Lyon, France.
His practice focuses on adult reconstruction and sports medicine, and he has a special interest in acute and chronic shoulder disorders, including problems with instability, rotator cuff pathology, and arthritis. His surgical techniques include arthroscopic, minimally invasive, and open procedures.

Dr.Kidder is probably the best orthopedic surgeon. From the moment I caused my rotator cuff to be injured, he gave the best care as well as his team. If I ever need an orthopedic doctor again, I will go out of my way to see him! Hands down the best!!!
