I find him to be human which is important, and extremely easy to talk to. He knows what he’s doing, doesn’t mince words and the staff are all on the ball.

Dr Jorns could do more active listening to his patients and be proactive instead of reactive. This in particular could save money on both ends of the spectrum!!

Dr Jorns is an excellent and very attentive physician. He carefully listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one methodically and immediately. I feel very fortunate to have a urologist who is extremely competent and explains everything in a very simple manner -- sets the patient at ease! I highly recommend this practice and this physician!

Dr. Jorns was very thorough and explaining what he could see what’s going on in my kidney. His call to me later in the day with concerns about my appendix made me feel even more secure in the hands of a doctor like him. I also want to add that he has a wonderful nurse who was also very good about explaining my medication’s to me and how they can affect my body. I highly recommend Dr. Jorns.

Arrived at the appt before time @10 was called back and seen and out the door within 30 minutes. Great service from time in and out the door.

Dr. Jorns was prepared for our visit. He was plain spoken and to the point. He listened to what I had to say. It was all you could ask of a physician.

Put me at ease immediately. Very professional and kind. Actually sat down listened to the issues I am experiencing before doing an examination. I recommend him highly.

Amazing!! We Drive from the Coast to see him!!

I was placed in a room right away from checking in. Being a new patient to this provider I heard a voice in the hall tell the staff they were getting called to the hospital for an emergency. Roughly one hour later a staff member opened my door to let me know the Dr was called to the hospital and should be back shortly. After 15 more minutes I exited the room and left the building. I did not see any staff in the back to let them know I was leaving. I feel like once the provider received the call the staff should have made the patients aware so they could make the decision to stay or reschedule as my time is just as valuable as everyone else's. I missed 1hour and 30 minutes of time from work for nothing. I will also need my $50 copay refunded.

Doctor Jacob was very professional, and so was the staff.
