I thought Sr. Smith was gentle and kind. I would like to know exactly what he was going to do or doing.

I saw 2 Ashleys but I did not see Dr Smith. Although in pain, I must return for an additional appointment for treatment.

I have spent 10 yrs in chronic pain and was in pain management 5 yrs ago. I quit pain management and tried alternative therapy such as acupuncture, physical therapy, cryotherapy, essential oils, CBD. For at least 2yrs I've been taking tramadol and for past year I've been taking Plaquenil, prednisone, methotrexate and gabapentin .I was diagnosed with Sjogrens with myopathy and have many days where i literally cannot walk. I get very little sleep due to pain. I am extremely stiff and have very sore muscles. I have avoided pain management for years trying to fix my problems, even lost 80lbs. So to finally give in and realize I need more support, can you imagine my disappointment when this doctor told me to take Advil? Yes he offered to do ESI and burn my nerves. However nerve pain isn't the complete problem. I will not allow him to touch me ever. He didn't even do any type of physical exam. He reviewed my MRI, that is all. I am a nurse, and I am disappointed at best.
