I didn’t see Jack Smith I saw a nurse practitioner, who knew nothing about me, but just proceeded to go on and tell me we’ll set you up for another epidural injection. Can you feed me?

Dr. Smith is very professional and lessons. He takes the time to listen carefully and take into account all of my problems and find the solutions. I would never change doctors.

I saw 2 Ashleys but I did not see Dr Smith. Although in pain, I must return for an additional appointment for treatment.
