Doctor Siegel is probably one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. He takes his time and listens to you about your issues. If I have to ever go back, He is my preference. Thank you, Dr. Siegel, for being the kind person you are.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Siegel for different issues, my shoulder previously, and a knee issue this time. Due to the symptoms I was having, coupled with my age and weight, I was concerned that I might possibly be in need of a knee replacement. However, Dr. Siegel was quick to discern that was not the case, but instead, my issue was fluid in my knee, which Dr. Siegel promptly drained and injected a Cortisone shot. I had the procedure yesterday and am already experience a great amount of relief today. Dr. Siegel is very prompt, professional, and competent. Moreover, he is very thorough, personable and approachable, and takes the time to ask you questions about your issues, and listens attentively. I can not recommend Dr. Siegel highly enough.

He did not mention my X-rays at all until I brought it up at the end of the visit and it gave me the impression he didn’t even look at them. He did not bring them in to go over them of which I thought was odd. As he asked a question and before I could fully answer he was asking another question over top of me which gave me the impression that he was not listening to my answers.

The check in and service is very good. Only problem is ever since I've been going to see him.... I wait over an hour of the time my appointment initially is. If I were late and I was called for my appointment, I would loose my spot, and probably have to pay something for not making my appointment. Seems as if appointments should be made further apart so this doesn't happen. However, Dr Siegel is an excellent Dr, his surgeries are very good, very little scaring and I would and have recommended him to anyone that needs his type of service.

Took his time explaining the reason for the pain I was experiencing. X-rays were done. He moved my legs in different positions to further confirm his diagnosis. What I was most comfortable with was his decision to take a conservative approach in treatment.

Waiting time was bad over an hour. My mom the patient at 92 1/2 was very uncomfortable. But dr. Siegel is the best!!!

I have been treated by the Jordan Young group on several occasions and seen different phys there over the years. This was the first time I was treated by Dr. Siegel. His bedside manner was absolutely demeaning and non-compassionate. He spent more time being preoccupied with my weight - which I told him I was actively working on - and how many drs I am seeing. I informed him that I was being seen for chronic pain and my rheumatologist had just determined my pain was from a condition she had just started tx for the previous day. My fall incurred injuries which were not related to that disease. I was not seeking pain meds, I was checking to see if I had incurred new injuries to the knee I had surgery on prior.His only response re the knee condition was that I needed to lose weight. He then administered the most painful knee injection I have ever had in my life. Next morning my knee hurt worst than the initial injury. He was horrible, unlike any others there.

I Was called at appointment time Dr. Siegal listen to my problem asked a lot of questions and did some thing about it diagnostically I was very pleased and Ihopeful that he will take care of the issue that I’m experiencing.

Always has time for you. Never feel rushed. Just a very, very good ND!
