Dr Siegel - Outstanding communicator. . May I have a prescription for a cream to be used on my shoulder? Your nurse put this request on the form she was completing while I was in your office. I had for gotten to ask you. Also ,the reason my doctors are all over is because we moved from living in chrsapeak to Zuni.
