You called to cancel my appointment and asked me to call and pick a new date. I did not. Then you confirm my canceled appointment and then send me a survey for an appointment I never attended. Would never go to your office. You can’t even get appointments correct

Overall great. There was one issue where it was not made clear to me that a medication was approved in a previous appointment. That was a little aggravating to find out, as I thought the additional testing was to finish that approval.

Dr Kurtz answered all questions

Dr. Kurtz and I spoke in reference to my preop surgery. He explained what I needed to know and approved me for my surgery. Further test will be after recoup from my neck surgery. I have already made appointments with the office to see Dr. Kurtz. again. I found him too extremely knowledgeable.
