Today was my first visit at this office and everyone was so polite, Dr. Jack made me feel like he had been my doctor for years I was extremely comfortable with him and I will be back in two weeks for my next appointment and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Highly competent and informative physician. I totally recommend Dr Jack for the type of surgery I had,; total reverse shoulder replacement. After 1yr, 8months I have full use, slightly modified thanks to professional PT for baseball, bowling and golf. Axe throwing will be next.
