Dr. Burkardt always provides best insights to resolve ent issues.

He spent less than 5 min in the rm . That does not seem like enough time to know any thing about the patient to treat .but we will see what happens with what he gave me . The office and Dr was nice .

He is extremely fast and sometimes gives the impression of patients being a number instead of individuals, but overall good. That's the only complaint and why it is 4, not 5 stars.

I thought my visit that I had to wait 3 weeks for fell short of my expectations. I could have received the same exam at my primary’s office minus the hearing test. Which hearing wasn’t the issue. Now I am expected to wait a month and a half to get another test done while still having vertigo. The Doctor was fine just disappointed they couldn’t do more than my primary doctor.

He answered all my questions and was very helpful and friendly

Best ENT docter ever

Immediately relieved my impacted ear issues, prescribed meds to help going forward and no guilty me for the fact that it’s my fault for my use of q-tips. Also remembered treating my daughter back in Dec 2023!

Audiologist was great! Dr. Burkhart was 40 minutes behind schedule and then didn’t even look into my son’s ears before suggesting he probably has allergies and needs Flonase and to pop his ear manually. I had to bring up weird look/consistency of my son’s earwax, to which he was proscribed drops. To be an ENT and not look into a patient’s ears with a scope is unacceptable to me.

Dr Burkhart is very thorough and listens to his patients.

I have to make an appointment to speak with him vs. a 5 minute phone call with questions about my sons surgery. His staff doesn't have the information i was asking and wouldn't let me speak with him.

Dr Burkhart and his staff are always attentive and caring. I can always count on top notch care.

Seemed to be just going through the motions. Didn’t ask me more than 2 questions pertaining to my son’s condition. Wanted some test of his ear drums and then just decided to skip it since there was a wait. Not sure how necessary the test was as he never explained why he wanted it.

Rushed. Clearly didn’t want to answer questions. Not impressed and will look elsewhere.

He didn't give me the space or time to properly address my concerns. I felt very rushed. I have severe pain in my nose and the right nostril. We didn't discuss WHY I'm having pain in my nose or what his theory is. I've looked inside my nose many times and this is the most swollen it's ever been (it does not normally look like this) and it's extremely uncomfortable. I can barely breathe out of that nostril.

I had a good follow up appointment that was quick and very positive. The treatment Dr Burkhart put me on worked well and he told me what to do after I finished medication I was given. Very happy with the results!

He's a great doctor. Went to him in 2011 when I had my thyroid removed. Just recently started going to him again. Would recommend him to anyone!

Spent all of 3-5 minutes… sent me for a CT scan 2 weeks from now, offered no help in the meantime, and said he would show me the scan once they received it. What was done today could have been done by phone…

The Dr was fine, however; he made a referral for me that, after 3 days, the practice hasn't forwarded to the referred organization.

He saw me for three minutes. Told me my tinnitus is being caused by a mild hearing loss of high pitches in my left ear. No mention of any remedies or things I can do to minimize symptoms. Not sure what I got out of the visit.

Anytime a doctor shrugs their shoulders to answer Qs, it's not very comforting. Could try to better communicate. Even 'I don't know's' can be done professionally.
