Very pleasant. I have been a patient for many years. Explains the purpose and technique of the instruments he’s using. Always as gentle as possible in removing impacted ear wax.
The exam rooms are always VERY clean.

Late for my appointment and told me very little about what is going on with my eardrum. Seemed very disinterested in being there. I’m disappointed in this initial visit.
