The front desk staff is not very friendly and the check-in process is extremely off putting. However, that is the only issue in this entire office. Nurses are friendly, professional, and on top of things! Couldn’t be happier with Dr Trotter. Gives well defined and direct action plans, discusses everything with you and doesn’t seem in a rush to leave the room, but also is prompt into the room and gets you out quick.
Always attentive to details and is both caring and professional.
