Excellent doctor!
Good morning, my appointment was scheduled for 08:45, I was there at 8: when you clinic opened, driving here from Lewes Delaware. The receptionist advised at 8:10 that my referral need to be updated, I called the office of Dr. Ormberg who advise they sent by fax the referral. At 8:45 25 minutes after talking to Dr. Ormberg’s office, the receptionist advised that my referral was not there. I rescheduled the appointment for 17 September. I called back to Dr. Ormberg office and they advised me that while they were online with me they faxed the referral, that was at 815am. Point being unless my referral disappeared, it was in the office at the time, I think if you look at the time stamp, its received before 08:45
excellent
