My experience with Dr. Kim and all his technical assistants and anesthesiology personnel was not only excellent but full of lots of laughter and fun. I never thought a biopsy could be so enjoyable, as weird as that sounds. The nurses and staff at BayHealth Kent (and I must have had 12 different ones during my 4-hour stay) were the most professional and people-loving staff I've ever encountered in a hospital. They were all so willing to explain every detail I asked about, and did it with a smile.

Would be 5 stars if he wasn't so busy that followup visits can't be set until months after he requests them.
When being treated for cancer that doesn't engender confidence.

Keeps appointments on time
