He was professional and reviewed previous info from my last visit. I updated him on the last procedure performed by Dr. Revels at AOC, gynological checkup, mammogram and bone density test. He went over medications and examine me. Referred me the lab for blood work.

Dr Arnold is a good listener and was personable. I did not feel rushed. He took his time and answered my questions.

He is very professional and at the same time treats you like he has known you forever. He takes his time and does not try to rush you out.

Appointment at 12:15. Didn’t see doctor until after 1:30. When he came in I told him I was here for a wellness visit for our insurance company. He ask what needed to be done with a wellness visit. I told him I wasn’t completely sure but I’m sure he could check through my phone insurance company. He never asked any health questions. He listened to my chest through stethoscope and said someone will be back to take you to get bloodwork. The only medical process he did was listen to my chest. He told me he wasn’t my primary care physician, that Dr Burch saw me a year ago and they would get me her or someone else to be PC. I explained to him that I tried to get into see her but she was booked and they set me up with him.

I waited 90 minutes from my appointment time to be seen. No apology or acknowledgment of that. I tried to talk twice and both times was cut off and told no you weren’t. His nurse had called and said I needed to come in 30 days to recheck my A1C after reducing my medication.

I always appreciate Dr Arnold. He is kind compassionate and sympathetic. He doesn’t brow beat you. Truly helpful

Unprofessional and condescending. I go in with legitimate concerns over serious conditions and I would at least expect to be treated with decency but am ushered out like an assembly line every time.

He was terrible. No empathy no bedside manner. Basically told me sorry nothing I can do for you despite telling him i cant sleep and an in pain.Very dismissive and seemed annoyed to have to see me. I hope never have to see him again. He shouldnt be a care giver.

He explored multiple options to help my medical issues

He tries to appear concerned but comes across as dismissive and disingenuous at times . It seems like nowadays doctors come across as businessmen with follow ups more so than concern

I was a new patient and have been experiencing medical issues that has changed my quality of life. I wasn't able to explain fully my issues, he seemed agitated and acted in a way of not caring. After he ordered some test, he never addressed any of my issues or medical plan. He referred me to a specialist and no reason why. After he first came in thr room when I initially arrived , I didn't see him again. In my opinion, concern should be practiced to patients. I know this is there job so they see a array of patients however; someone's life if being disrupted because of medical reasons . BED SIDE MANOR SHOULD BE PRACTICED
