Too long a wait to see the doctor after all the preliminaries are done. It also took too long to get thru preliminaries. Four hours to see a doctor is way too long. Dr Eddie is a very good Doctor.

I scheduled my 1st appt. with Dr. Eddy. When I arrived they said I was going to see Dr. Gallagher. I asked about the change and was told that I could be switched to Dr. Eddy without a problem.
When I was called back, I asked again if I was seeing Dr Eddy. The young redhead said no, you are seeing Dr. Gallagher. I explained what I was told about switching back to Dr Eddy…. She rolled her eyes, and said “sh*t”! I was still speaking when she walked out of the room! HOWEVER, even with her being very unprofessional and waiting over 4 hours… Dr Eddy was fabulous and I absolutely recommend him. (We all know that good help is hard to find.)

Over schedules. Second time I was not able to see Eddie after waiting both times 2 1/2 and 3 hours respectively. Had no courtesy for patients. Money seems to be his only interest. Looking for another doctor even if in Lubbock. My guess is the office will not make a follow up call to discuss. This has occurred om my last 2 visits. I am through with this guy.
