Even though they were 2 to 3 hours behind schedule. The staff remained calm and professional. This required patience and tolerance from the patients. Most were tolerant.

Excellent doctor who showed courtesy and openness to listen. He talked with me about my concerns. He was knowledgeable of my needs before he came in to see me. Very thorough in his examination.

Dr Kay is an extremely compassionate and patient friendly Dr. This however comes at a cost in that the scheduling does not reflect the amount of time he spends with his patients, resulting in significant patient delays in being seen. Also, it took 6 weeks after my biopsy to get the results at the Dr visit; entirely too long. The office staff does a poor job in answering the phone and answering systems related questions, ie patient portal.
