MRI tech blew out my vein after I requested to use the other arm. She ignored me (pride) and caused the vein and the subsequent damage and pain to the arm and of course had to use the arm I wanted used in the first place. Waited over an hour to be seen. When I told the doctor about the MRI he was completely dismissive. Didn't seem interested in my issue only offered a pill and a follow-up.
