I had a wonderful experience with Dr. James for my recent surgery, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. From the initial consultation through post-op recovery, she was clear, compassionate, and highly professional. I felt completely safe and well-cared-for every step of the way. Her entire team of nurses provided me with exceptional care on the day of my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. James.

Worse and charge almost $380 for less than 10’minutes worse service
Was not seen by Surgeon at first, but rather by the PA. After asking if I would be seeing her she stated she could come in if I’d prefer. Dr. James was nice enough however she did not instill any confidence in me that I was not just another patient. She did not seem to have any prior knowledge of my testing or medical history. The consult could have been 10 mins if I had not come with questions. Ultimately she recommended surgery, but any further questions seemed to bother her. The office staff were not friendly and the scheduling coordinator was rude.

I'm rating this low because I was supposed to see Dr. James; however, they had me see the physician's assistant. I wanted to see the doctor that I registered to see and had researched.
