Was not seen by Surgeon at first, but rather by the PA. After asking if I would be seeing her she stated she could come in if I’d prefer. Dr. James was nice enough however she did not instill any confidence in me that I was not just another patient. She did not seem to have any prior knowledge of my testing or medical history. The consult could have been 10 mins if I had not come with questions. Ultimately she recommended surgery, but any further questions seemed to bother her. The office staff were not friendly and the scheduling coordinator was rude.

I'm rating this low because I was supposed to see Dr. James; however, they had me see the physician's assistant. I wanted to see the doctor that I registered to see and had researched.
