He was personable and knowledgeable.
Some of his joking like not ready for the amputation yet I thought was inappropriate but he seemed very knowledgeable
Great to work with! Personable, kind, and got me back up and about! My knee feels great!
Very informative and professional in every way
Dr. Gans is the best!! He listens and responds to all questions and descriptions of what is happening, and provides great explanations of the problems and how to address them. He keeps things in perspective, and helps his patients approach healing and recovery with a positive mindset. It is really refreshing to have a doctor relate to you as a person, and not a number.
Informative and personable. Asks all the right questions.
Dr. Gans is friendly, ask good questions and listens to you. He is genuinely concerned about helping his patient improve.
Very nice and informative
Dr. Gans is patient, thorough, and has a sense of humor.
Fastest visit ever. Didn't even ask about where in knee pain was or anything else. Did gel injection without ultrasound so who knows if it landed in the right place. Definitely prefer Dr Potteiger
