I’ve been living with complex, chronic pain for over 17 years, including spinal injuries, CRPS, nerve compression, and multiple surgeries. I’ve seen countless pain specialists over the years, and unfortunately, many of them made me feel dismissed, judged, or like I had to prove my pain was real.
Dr. Gooding was a completely different experience.
From the moment I met him, he took me seriously. He reviewed my MRI and pain history thoroughly, listened without rushing, and recognized the severity of what I was dealing with. He didn’t waste time — he scheduled a spine injection the very next day, adjusting the dosage appropriately for my medication tolerance. That kind of urgency and compassion is incredibly rare.
The clinic environment was calm and professional. I never felt like I had to fight to be heard. Dr. Gooding and his team treated me like a human being, not just another chart or protocol.
If you’re dealing with real, complex pain and want a provider who listens and acts…
