I wish I never went to his office because he was no help to me on 04/19/2024.Because he just didn't care about my pain not at all.I told Gooding's I didn't feel safe with him any more that I was leave his office right now.I did walked right out of Dr.Gooding Exam room on 04/19/2024 at 9:00 a.m. Because Dr.Goodind pick at me and I it's not funny that I can take gasping because it causes confusion.And he thought it was funny and it was no funny to me and it hurted my feeling. I will never go back to that office again.

I called his office in an emergency situation. My s1 joint was so pain ful that I literally could not walk. The pain was unbearable. They said come in immediately and someone took me to their office. and they were amazing. He gave me a shot and eventually I walked out by myself. And he called 2 prescriptions. Without them I would have had to get to emergency room where they do not know me and would not have gotten help quickly. Dr Gooding and his staff are just amazingly professional, caring, helps in every way possible. .

In my opinion Dr Gooding needs to be a little friendlier to the patient…it would put the patient more at ease, in a stressful situation.

Very personable, created a no-stress atmosphere. Was very efficient in having the procedure done in a reasonable time. Kept me informed on what was happening with this procedure and what to expect going forward.

Dr. Isaac was kind, polite, and very professional. He made me feel comfortable. He took his time and answered all my questions.

First visit. Barely asked any questions and did not seem to care he acted like he did not want to be there. Zero customer service skills. My entire first visit starting at check in until I walked out the door was less than 8 minutes. He was in the room around 1 to 1.5 minutes total. Not good for a first visit.

I expected to get shots for my back pain but instead was told they only do that shot every other Thursday and would have to be scheduled for then. 2 weeks of more pain and another copay

Real pleased good Doctor

The only problem I had is with his assistant. A woman with blonde hair. She displayed a bad attitude, poor patient communication skills .She literally asked me in a condescending tone, why are you here or what are you doing here? I I finally told her I had enough and I'm not going to be spoken to in that manner. It was so unprofessional. And obviously I wasn't there just for the fun of it I was there because Dr Cas Ryan recommended that I because I wasn't going to do another surgery and looking for other options to take care of my chronic knee pain. The previous surgery that he did didn't help any longer.

Dr. Gooding is a great pain doctor. After my accident I was in a great deal of pain. I have had five rounds of cortisone injections and have been improving. He is very kind and answers all your questions. The entire staff there is wonderful.

Needs to explain things in layman terms

All was good. Biggest problem for me is the location. Wish he went to the office on 17.

I was told by the first Dr. that he was recommending injections. Didn't happen. Instead I am to be sent to PT. I waited almost an hour to see the Dr. and had to ask the desk about it and I know that I was just forgotten.
