Excellent service. First time I came in and he already corrected my intake of meds.

Good bedside manners. But the visit was to fast. No test was done to make sure everything was in order.

The doctor confirmed my known medical history of atrial flutter. After telling him of my Coumadin medication, he didn’t ask any questions, didn’t explain the EKG taken by the nurse. Didn’t explain testing done in the hospital 20 days ago. Asked for a medication refill. He said yes and didn’t follow up with the refill. He promised the nurse would provide documentation about my appointment. The nurse never returned. Nothing happened during check out. No documentation or receipts for my payment. She did make the next appointment.

Knowledgeable and experienced doctor, but does not speak much. I expect the doctor to go over the results of blood work in detail, explain the risks and reasons for the suggested treatment. We have to ask him to get the details.

We waited almost an hour because results from tests that were done weeks prior were not available to review because the staff had not been on it to call for the results from the provider.
The staff kept calling for the results to be sent over while we waited but only came in to let us know almost an hour into us waiting for Dr. Dor. I stated that we had waited long enough and that those results would need to be relayed via a phone call when they received them because I was not paying for another visit to hear about results that should have been received.
When we did see Dr. Doe but he barely looked over the other results that were available from other tests. He was rude and judgmental just as he was during the initial appointment.
I will not be returning!!
