Combining compassion, science, leading research and innovation, Dr. Pappou’s goal is to educate patients about the particular diagnosis and prognosis, allowing the patient to make an informed, joint decision regarding treatment.
Born and raised in Greece, Dr. Pappou has been acclimated to many cultures internationally and gained extensive medical training in Germany and the United States. He has been a member of the American Association of Orthopaedics, the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Association for Hand Surgery.
In addition to delivering dozens of informational lectures nationally and internationally, Dr. Pappou has authored numerous publications. He has also contributed his extensive knowledge to composing reviews and abstracts, as well as chapter content for various books.
Dr. Pappou is fluent in six languages and enjoys running, reading, scuba diving, traveling and studying ancient Greek philosophy.

He's absolutely phenomenal! He and his staff always go above and beyond! I was referred to him by a nurse at countryside hospital and I can't thank her enough!!
I had an appt with the Dr but didn't see him. Saw his assistant.
Saw Rachelle not Dr Pappou. My appointment was at 1:20, I arrived early at 1:00 and was leaving the parking lot at 1:28!

As always it was great seeing Dr pepper even though the circumstances required to see him are not as great. He made my day telling me I did not need surgery that was recommended from another doctor.
