Truly thoughtful and wants to get to the bottom of your health issues. Very thorough.
Dr explains well. Have issues when I call. Never given a list of workers extensions and if you don’t know them I am unable to reach anyone because dialing O gives me “invalid” so my calls are not successful. Was disappointed after my Brain scan in Plano told results would be sent to you on Friday of that week. One month later received a message I would have an appointment with doctor for results. I felt this was a long time to wait for appointment. (6- 8 weeks. Dr. Indu is a great doctor and has an excellent assistant, Tracie. Appreciate Tracie helping my son and I get appointments.

Very professional and knowledgeable about my visit and why I needed to see her! My only thought for improvement would be to do the computer questionnaire at the visit she knows the client will need to take the assessment. That will take away the need to make an additional trip and another co-pay. Make it more economical for all concerned. The test only took 25 minutes or less to complete and could have easily been done at my first visit!
Always so cheerful and happy makes me feel at ease.
