Take me over a week and a half to get replacement items for my CPAP machine office didn’t care how long it took or how much distress I was in. I changed my appointment specifically so that I could go in on the day of my appointment and get a replacement mask, they said it was my fault. They were unaware that I needed a replacement mask and then instead of giving me the items I needed, which was a hose and a replacement mask. They gave me all the replacement parts for my machine so they could overcharge my insurance carrier very dissatisfied.

I so appreciated the quality time spent with me.

Dr Indu and her staff are very professional and friendly. Dr Indu takes the time to explain what’s going on with your test results and what she wants your treatment plan to be. She also let you know what could happen if you don’t take care of yourself.

She is the best doctor a girl could ask for. She has been through some of the most challenging parts of my life. She has always been kind and patient and listens to my needs. Even when I cannot describe what is wrong, she has a sense and can solve complex problems. I will never go to another doctor.

I am frustrated and don't know what is really wrong with me, other than I need a CPAP. I have more tests coming up. Hopefully, we can get a formal diagnosis.

consoltation was fine, but had to wait almost 2 hours before seeing the doctor.

Dr India was very professional. This was my second visit to the practice after one year. The doctor had my CPAP user data at hand to discuss with me and to recommend changes. The office staff and the doctors’s nurse were very friendly and attentive. No waiting time, I was seen by the Dr Indu at prearranged appointment time. Overall a pleasant experience.

Dr Mayakrishnan is most thorough doctor husband has had examining factors related to his Alzheimer’s and other neurological conditions. She recognized that he had neuropathy in his left leg when no other doctor had suggested it. She is amazing.

Good Doctor

I don't get enough sleep because my dog wakes me up all night long so she insists I need a sleep study. Why was I assigned a sleep study doctor instead of a migraine specialist???

Dr Indu is a great doctor. You can tell that she cares about her patients. She takes the time to get to know you and she actually listens to you unlike some doctors. She has an amazing team of people at the Denison location. They are very nice and helpful.

Dr. Indu is an excellent listener; she talks to the patient. If a family member or caregiver accompanies the patient, take good notes. Take great care in managing medication. Patients are very sensitive to meds, be sure to follow instructions and be prepared to give Dr. Indu accurate feedback.

A doctor who really cares!!!

She is so sweet. She actually takes her time to break it down so you are understanding what she is saying.(MRI, X-RAY,and etc) She is very knowledgeable about the medical field that she is in and other areas, also.

Very easy to talk and discuss issues I may be having.

Was not impressed, went to her for sleep issues and was told common sense things. Ordered a sleep study for someone who doesn’t sleep for more than 2 hours at a time. Wants to see me in 4 weeks but a virtual visit. Why would I pay a co pay for not even seeing a doctor in person? Oh and she did even know who she was seeing, she came in asking me how the new meds were working and I was like umm I have never seen you before.

VERY GOOD AT HER PROFESSION

Great! Only improvement... some who talk and think more slowly than you do don't manage to gather their thoughts and get everything said before you reach your decision. Slow down just a little. You're getting better at it.
