Dr. Z was unhurried in briefing and educating me about my upcoming surgical cystoscopy...on a day when the exam rooms were overloaded w/ patients. That time of answering questions (& listening) meant a lot to me because he's trying to help me/us investigate & understand a mysterious pain near my kidney. (And I know how booked he's been over the past year.)
