when a person has been told to go to a urologist because there are casts in a urine sample, why doesn’t the urologist check for casts? i was told they don’t do that.

I saw Dr. Wong yesterday for a regular checkup plus I was experiencing a UTI. She met with me and gave me two gave me a prescription that she said I should have with vitamin C but then when I got to my pharmacy, I had two prescriptions I was not aware that she was giving me the other prescription. I was confused about which one I’m supposed to start with and I did not realize the prescription that began with an H was something I’m going to be taking long-term, so I was confused after my visit with her
