Dr. Wong was knowledgeable and very matter of fact in suggesting ideas to resolve my issues. She did not rush to make suggestions but it was obvious that she has a lot of experience!

Didn't have much to say and when she did she talked very fast. I would have preferred seeing my regular doctor, Dr. Mirriam.

Dr. Wong was very thorough and addressed all my questions making sure I was comfortable at every step.

I only waited a few minutes, cysto went just fine. I was on my way, with next appts scheduled in abt 45 minutes. Dr. Wong & nurse were both professional & caring. 8kk

Dr was polite, introduced herself and made me feel comfortable. Dr Wong explained what she would like me to do before my next visit and why. She gave me information to consider and what she would like to accomplish when I see her next.

Overall, a superficial appt which now means an appointment with another physician has to be scheduled and waited for. Dr. Wing did not make patient comfortable enough to share extent of urinary and erectile dysfunction issues. Did not probe for root cause(s) of erectile dysfunction. E.g. patient form asks about smoking, but patient has used chewing tobacco for 45 years and this never came up. Patient has not been able to have erection that could sustain penetration for 8 years and before that pen is was floppy and barely could get erection. Patient was told they were only a 4 out of 5 on a five point erectile dysfunction scale where 1 is most severe? Waste of time. Now have to start over.

Dr. Wong was talking to my legs and when I said I could not hear her, she came up to my face and yelled her response - I don't appreciate being treated like I'm senile
