Dr. Sunjic lived in Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Germany prior to moving to the U.S in 1997. He attended public school near Atlanta, GA before attending the University of Georgia in Athens for his undergraduate education where he received degrees in both biology and psychology. Dr. Sunjic completed his internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship with the Morsani College of Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
