Dr Santoro was rude and knew nothing about me. I was there for a consult for an ablation and he said I needed to make another appointment with a different doctor as he doesn’t do them. He was unprofessional and condescending when I said I wanted this done as soon as possible. He never touched me to do any assessment and the appointment was a complete waste of time and my money. Would not recommend at all!! He spent all of 3 minutes with me

Nice enough guy, but didn’t even spend more than 10 minutes in the room with me. I also felt like he kept trying to walk out of the room, but I had more questions to ask him. I have a rare cardiac condition, and have a lot of unanswered questions—definitely more than just 10 minutes worth of conversation. I’m glad others seem to have positive experiences with him, but this has been mine every time, unfortunately. Perhaps for folks with more straight forward conditions, this may be a comfortable dynamic, but unfortunately, there is so much more that still needs to be explained to me with my more rare diagnosis.

Dr. Santoro is a very wise doctor. One of the questions I was going to even ask him today, I didn’t even have to because he had already come out with a plan for me that answered that question.
