He seems like he is knowledgeable but any credibility is surplanted by the lack of follow-up by the practice . When I was admitted for emergency stent insertion it was nearly 48 hours before another member of the practice visited me in the hospital (Dr Wingo) and he had “no idea” why no one came to see me the day after my surgery. When I had my follow up apptmt today Dr Marshall stated that he assumed everything was going fine with my stent because I hadn’t called in. I advised him I had a very difficult day and called the next morning. My call went to voice mail, I indicated in my msg I had experienced significant pain and discomfort. No one ever returned my call. During my appointment today Dr Marshall said it would be three more weeks before the stent would be removed because he would be away next week. We discussed the possibility of another doctor doing the procedure. I am now to wait until someone calls me to schedule.
I will for sure be calling Friday to stay on top of things
