I love doctor Gonzales because one time he saved my live sending me to the hospital after I explained him how I was feeling in Mexico three days before I come back home in Lompoc. Thanks to him I’m still alive I was having strokes❤️

I've been going to Dr Gonzalez for about 7years now and even though he has his way of working and explaining things I really think his been an amazing Dr always pays attention to my needs and refers me to the right specialist I have thyroid problems and I had obesity but he has really helped get back on track.

And I hope the rumors concerning Dr. Gonzales ARE NOT TRUE!!! I have complete confidence and trust in him concerning my health and wellbeing!!

Lack o f caring about my problems nothing to do with mental has nothing to do with it and their all staff don’t even know me their all new and they lied on review so I’m not very happy after waiting so long.i have hereditary condition de in my knees and have been elder abuse and been incurred a n d have went to specialized already who says my knees are shot my vision is not up to par and no one care s not to mention my stomach problems that have cause me to loose. 40 pounds this last years . But I will continue to struggle with my health and will see I have a lot of pain don’t want pain shots but sometimes it would be ni ce to have something in at a l don’t know what to do any more I’m having to move. Thanks

Didn’t even answer my question next thing I know I am talking to another person. Very unprofessional, sounded like he didn’t even know what he was talking about.

I didn’t feel he gave me any more options of help for my anxiety . I was told I would be given one thing but because it wasn’t compatible with my current pain medication I was told that I can just wait and have the psychiatrist/ psychologist deal with that. And this is something that is going to take possibly months until I am seen and get the help I need for ALL of my mental disorders. Every time I ask to be put on a medication i HAVE been prescribed in the past tho I don’t want it long term as I said temporary because I’m having so many panic attacks and lately can’t leave my house or even drive in the rain because of my anxiety I get sad when I go to the doctor for help but I feel because he’s a man he disregards me and me REAL pain sees I get emotional and TELLS ME IM depressed but I am not . I only get depressed when I go to get help knowing with every other interaction I’ve had with him about this it’s the same thing I leave in tears. He ignored me when I cried & just walked out.

didn’t feel safe or treated fairly. i came in for what appeared to be a uti or stone.. comes back into room said my test is negative and that i can’t help you.. i respond asking why i felt terrible etc. he laughs and continues to talk at me not listen to my issues.. then proceeds to cut me off and says im being smart with him.. not once did i get help or a fair chance at getting treated. i won’t be coming back to this facility

Excellent clinician. Didn’t feel like he got to know me or my story. Not sure about the whole experience being the support I need. Trust him for advice on medications not so much about dealing with day to day healthnpgroblems he don’t d a great job with my chemonmds

Did not at all like the way he talked to me. He had called me a lier when I told him that the receptionist tells me he’s either on vacation or out sick when I had called to make a appt in the past. Also he asked me who I had seen prior to seeing him. I had told him I saw “ Susan” and he said “ Susan is NOT even a dr” . Told me that if I ever come back to CHC that I HAVE to see him ONLY. Not see anyone else they recommend . I thought he had a terrible personality and was very demeaning. Very sarcastic and just plain rude! Something really needs to be done about this DR as this has always been the case when I see him. Not happy at all and really want to change offices and go elsewhere now .

Dr. Gonzalez did everything right but, it felt like he was going through something so it seemed like he was just trying to finish as quick as possible. Maybe it was a busy day.

I was a walk in and was able to be seen with not too long of a wait. He was very thorough and polite. Really appreciate his seeing me.

Dr Gonzalez is the been my Dr for many years and has always made feel like comfortable and at home. I moved for a year and dreading going to another office and phacysion. Thank you Dr✌🏾

I actually like this doctor to a certain extent, I liked how right away when he saw my skin he wanted me to see a dermatologist which in fact that was one of the reasons why I made an appointment. However, the reason why I selected poor was because I didn't like the way he made fun of me it wasn’t very professional of him. Gonzalez made some rude comments which to him they were “jokes” but when it comes talking about someone’s appearance when they are passive aggressive they aren’t “jokes”. That could really mess with someone’s self-esteem which is not acceptable. I know this is a normal thing for him because my mom had Gonzalez as a doctor as well and she had the same experience. I’m personally not a sensitive person at all but he still managed to make me feel some type of way. I will be changing doctors and I will most likely be making a complaint.
