Always takes time to help understand my health issues always informative never feel rushed .
Answers questions and explains test results j ready for next step in therapy
Dr. Gitter failed in many areas.He disregarded my additional information that I provided for him and therefore, made several critical mistakes in his summary report. He was condescending towards me as he included false statements. His bedside manner lacked compassion.His critical ways were unacceptable.His approach towards me was unprofessional and hurtful.
We were not told the first apointmrnt was in Ridley, we did not even know there was an office there. We went to Springfield and told to go to Ridley. They were going to call Ridley and tell them we are on the way. I struggle walking and it was not easy for me. We got to Ridley 20 minutes later and was told the doctor could not see me that I had to reschedule. Again walking was an issue for me. I am extremely upset over the situation. I’m sure the doctor saw the next person waiting, I was not even asked if I wanted to wait to be fit in. I have been a patient of CCP since 1997 in Phila and have never experienced such disregard for my situation.

Dr Gitter was very patient and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was easy to talk to. His staff was also very friendly.
I have been with Dr Gitter since12-21-2001. He is excellent.
