Phenomenal staff and Dr. Extremely caring and considerate.

Worst experience. For an appointment at 3pm, doesn't come to check till 4pm and then acts all grumpy that he is busy checking other patients.

He’s a great doctor with amazing skills

I broke my wrist 8 months ago and he was able to get me in immediately. After the first 4 months of healing and therapy he was able to discharge me, but I began to have more pain and discomfort again and he was able to get me in immediately and after a few benefits we were all clear. He always leave the door open if there are any issues. Great experience.

We are all allowed to have bad days or have affects of a long work day... However, Dr. Freedberg lacked patient compassion and confidentiality. The walls are thin and he could be heard complaining about patients who “just want to keep talking”. I felt he was argumentative and rude in how he explained and handled my situation. Nonchalant about giving patients “bad news”, disregarding the patient’s state or well-being. I understand he’s not a therapist, however I expect professionalism and empathy from any type of physician. I left the office feeling insecure and disheartened about my health and our interaction

Awesome, knowledgeable and personal doctor who's primary purpose is to provide the best course of action in injury related cases. Several times already he has advised therapeutic rehabilitation rather than surgery to put me back in shape!

I arrived 20 minutes early and didn’t mind waiting but was not called in until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment and waited another 5-10 min. Dr Freedberg wasn’t even the one that saw me, although he did confer with the PA that examined me.
