From 2012-2015, he was a post-doctoral research fellow in cardiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital - Harvard Medical School, where he worked on numerous projects utilizing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. His research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the European Heart Journal, the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, and Circulation. Dr. Farhad has received several honors for his work, including the Excellence in Teaching Award from Tufts University Medical School in 2020.
In addition to his clinical and research pursuits, Dr. Farhad is committed to medical education. He has experience teaching medical students and residents and has been recognized for excellence in teaching. Dr. Farhad is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. His expertise includes interventional cardiology, cardiac imaging, and cardiovascular disease management.
