The reviews listed below were collected independently of Cardiovascular Institute of New England through rater8. Each review represents an authentic and verified patient experience.
My appointment was at 10:45 am and I arrived before 10:35 am to be responsible. I filled out the new patient paperwork quickly and sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I was never called and had to canceled my appointment while there. Then I asked for a refund of the $30 copay I paid at 10:35 am. I’m very frustrated with the lack of communication and respect for a patient’s personal time. I don’t recommend this institution to anyone who runs a tight schedule because their personal time will be disrespected and wasted by the long wait time.
