Dr Chan and his staff were very kind checking me in today. They roomed me in a fair timely fashion, and had me in the exam room and seen very quickly. The MA was funny and kind, removed my sutures very quickly with no issues and when I saw Dr Chan he took his time and answered all my questions and did not rush me at all.

Dr. Chan is amazing! I was in a terrible MVA and shattered both wrists. He assured me that I would recover yet I had a long road ahead of me. He was very understanding and genuinely listened to my concerns. He truly took the time to get to know me and my medical history. That is hard to find these days as most Drs are just rushing in and out of exam rooms. Dr. Chan is gentle, kind and caring. I have a lot of medical issues and a lot of doctors who just hear me and that's it, but Dr. Chan not only hears me, he actually listens. I scheduled an appointment specifically to be seen by this Dr. And drive across town for the appt. I only was able to see his PA and not the surgeon. Wish I'd been told ahead of time that I wouldn't be seeing the doctor I had scheduled with.

I broke and 75 -80 % amputated my two biggest toes. Took all day to get scheduled for surgery but after a long day at his clinic he did a late night surgery procedure and screwed my bones back together and reattached my toes with a total of 21 stiches. He could have just finished cutting them off he but instead made me whole again. I love this man.

Very Professional And Kind

This surgeon literally saved my life when my former surgeon neglected to diagnose MRSA on my amputated leg. I had undergone one redo with that surgeon who is ready to do a second. Dr. Chan did the surgery at my request and cleaned up the topical infection and Took care of me with kindness and compassion. Thanks to him I have an artificial leg and I am walking and getting back to my normal life. He is definitely a five star Physician.

Dr. Chan is a great doctor. I put all my faith in him. The surgery he did for me was successful. Would not hesitate to have him for a surgeon again if needed.

Dr. Chan saved my leg. He is very forthright and treats his patients with respect and understanding. He is a great surgeon.

Not happy with the minimal effort provided for my care. I was informed by my claim adjuster that I was to have had a physical evaluation each appointment but what I got was X-rays taken and a quick look at those x-rays and goodbye for a month I don't think that that is much for a physical evaluation
