She is very good iam please wirh her very professional and she lisen to the patient needs
I waited over a 1/2 hrs. In which I understand she was busy. Since I have anxiety ie sitting in a small room. I believe the medical assistant should check in let the patient know it will be another 15 or so min Plus, im a firm believer that the Medical Assistant should introduce herself by all means ( customer service)
I rated Holly low because I came to the office on 2/26, and after waiting about 20 minutes was told that she would not be able to see me for an hour. Today, 3/5, a call was scheduled at 4:00, to cover that missed appointment, and after waitiing about 15 minutes I called your office and was told she would not be available for a while. This may have to do with your staff communication to the patient, as with Dr. Ingram. But there is a big need for improvement!!! I have now scheduled with Dr. Gabe for next week, and will have to come into the office again. I am close to finding another practice, after being a patient of Dr. Fraley for many years.

I thought DrIngram was going to send a script to my local pharmacy for Synthroud. It didnt happen.
Dr. Ingram was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed my concerns. I know you have an influx of Dr. Fraley‘s patients and it must seem overwhelming at times. I will definitely call Dr. Ingram if I have any more concerns..cindi Smith
