Dr. Hiren Vallabh, M.D. is originally from southeastern Kentucky. He began his college career at the University of Kentucky where he graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. He returned to Kentucky to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. He then finished with a fellowship in Clinical Nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic, followed by a fellowship in Gastroenterology at West Virginia University where he served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Vallabh is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and South Carolina Gastroenterology Association. He is fluent in both English and Gujarati.
When Dr. Vallabh is not working, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, traveling and Kentucky basketball.
