Hiren Shah M.D., FACC, FSCAI

Dr. Hiren Shah, M.D., FACC, FSCAI, received his medical degree from Rural Medical College in Maharashtra, India. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Temple University Clinical Campus, Pittsburgh, PA. After practicing in Tucson, AZ, Dr. Shah moved to Columbus, GA.

Dr. Shah is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology. He also has additional certifications from the Board of Nuclear Cardiology and the National Board of Echocardiography. Besides his training in cardiology, Dr. Shah has extensive experience in medical and interventional treatment of Peripheral Vascular Disease. He has published and presented original research at national scientific meetings.

He provides advanced cardiovascular care with extensive expertise in both diagnostic and interventional cardiology. Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology, he specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of heart and vascular conditions. His clinical focus includes coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disorders, and complex cardiovascular disease requiring minimally invasive catheter-based procedures.

Dr. Shah also has significant experience in the medical and interventional treatment of peripheral vascular disease. In addition, he is certified in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography, allowing him to utilize advanced imaging techniques to accurately evaluate heart function and guide treatment decisions. His approach combines cutting-edge technology with personalized care to help patients achieve better cardiovascular health.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Shikha, and their two children.
