First time I visited him, he was busy texting on his phone.
I am not able to communicate with Dr. Suga via UCHealth portal. His assistant told me he does not want to be on the UCHealth portal.
I do not like to leave message via voice mail, plus my voice mail call was not returned until I threatened to go somewhere else for medical needs.
Able to ask questions (via email messages) via health portal is important to patients.
