I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience should be shared. My mother is in severe pain to the point that she’s unable to work, so we came to this appointment hoping for answers and a treatment plan.
Unfortunately, the visit was extremely disappointing. The doctor was very dismissive, lacked compassion, and had little to no bedside manner. We were in and out of the exam room in approximately 10 minutes—no exaggeration. It felt rushed, and my mother never felt seen, heard, or taken seriously. The only recommendation given was physical therapy, despite the severity of her pain, and there was very little discussion about her symptoms or other potential treatment options. This was not the level of care we expected!
