Dr Ramkumar is awesome. Straight to the point. Too bad we can't clone her, this way the office won't have a bottle neck...long waiting times to be seen. The ladies up front look stressed out. Even if you ask politely why is taking long since you have an appointment; they will answer kinda mean. That's just the way it is. :(

Dr. Ramkumar is an excellent doctor and surgeon. On a Wed I saw her for a retina detachment. On thursday morning at 6am she operated to fix it. The next day friday at the postop appointment, she verified the retina was completely reattached. it doesn't get any better than that.

In the morning the doctor discovered that I had a retina tear. Hems was willing and kind enough to do my surgery later in the afternoon. What dedication and care!

Dr. Ramkumar is kind and caring. She is exceptional at explaining upcoming procedures. She is also my husband's Dr. He had asteroid hyalosis. He noticed a decrease in vision in one eye. No one had caught the problem. I called her office and arrangements were made for him. She new immediately what was wrong. This problem is one of Dr. Ramkumar specialties. He had surgery and it was amazing how quickly he recovered. It was during covid, and Dr. Ramkumar and my husband and myself were on the call together. She explained the surgery, and she performed the surgery. She is a sight saver. I am grateful for my care, and her staff are all friendly and helpful.

Lovely Dr. Great communication. Takes the time to explain everything in a not rushed manner. Very committed to her patients. Always a packed waiting area, lots of waiting before your appointment. Back staff all sweet. Some front staff are short with words.

The waiting was way too long. My appointment was at two my eye was dilated at 2:30 I sat in the waiting room with a full in which every chair was taken including outside. I asked the front desk reception at 3::40 how much longer it would take. And at that time they called me in.. I think an hour and 40 minutes is much too long be just sitting in a pack waiting room. I felt so bad for the people who are much older than me that had to wait the same amount of time as I did.

She was pleasant and really nice to work with.

Dr. Ramkumar provided a thorough evaluation and explanation of my eye medical emergency. Dr. Ramkumar treated my vision impairment without delay. My impairment was resolved within days. Dr. Ramkumar’s efforts along with her staff for my eye health is much appreciated.
