He had had a very rough morning thus we had a very hard time understanding him, we usually don't. We left a little unsure of what our results were from heart monitor. Everyone has a bad day & guess we got his yesterday. We really like him though.

very discouraging about quitting smoking. i have been smoking for 45 years. i have gone from a pack a day to 2 packs a week in one month. he didn't feel like i was doing enough and was very rude about.
