She listened to my concerns and issues as a bigger picture than just one particular thing. I take my health seriously, but I am also practical. If something can be improved, I'd like to pursue that end. If I have to face that somethings can't be fixed, then I'll adjust my reality to meet that. But...I just want to make sure that reasonable options have been pursued. She is the first person in a while that gives me hope that there possible actions I can still take to improve the quality of my life. I was heard...and that is BIG!
