Dr. Long first learned about being a doctor from her own pediatrician who was also her cousin. She says, “I remember that no matter how sick I felt at the time, it was a tremendous relief when he walked in the room. I knew then that I wanted to grow up to learn how to offer that kind of skill and guidance to other families.”
