Great attention to detail!

Dr. Licht and her staff are just fabulous. The surgery she performed has worked wonders for me. They went out of their way to schedule appointments that were close to my home. A rough experience was made quite tolerable by the folks in Dr. Licht's office.

Released today after hand surgery. Dr. Licht did a great job! So thankful I did it.

She is a great surgeon that really listens to what you have to say.

After my first appointment and then having test done to confirm my symptoms, surgery was necessary. Two weeks later surgery was scheduled. Everyone involved was very professional. Two weeks after surgery now and very satisfied. Fast recovery. Could not be happier.

Dr. Licht did a fantastic job on my carpal tunnel release surgery. Because it was done endoscopically, I loved that it was quick, not very painful, left a very small scar that blended into the crease of my wrist. The recovery time was quick, I highly recommend Dr. Licht!

I waited 75 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen by the doctor. That was an exorbitant amount of time to wait. Other than that the doctor was great. Solved my problem. Gave me a treatment plan.

Knowingly Rx expensive testing that did not address the probable issue at hand and got me no closer to resolving my issues. Did not document critical personal information that I shared on previous visits that directly related to my chief complaint. I have spent 1500 dollars and am no closer to solving, or even having a diagnoses for my problem as compared to before I visited the TOC and Dr. Licht the first time

I've only just met Dr. Licht and my appointment went very well. My only complaint is that I wasn't seen until about 1 hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time. And that's not counting the 40 minutes I arrived early at TOC's request. Even after being called back to the exam room I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. She spent about 15 minutes with me and did answer all of my questions. I just wish that if the doctor is running behind, that we would be told that and given an opportunity to reschedule. It's just not right that we wait so long with no explanation,.

Dr Licht is the BEST!! This particular visit was my first post-op for hand surgery done 2 weeks ago. She (as always) listened carefully to the info I conveyed and very patiently, competently, and thoroughly answered any questions. Yes, that is part of her job, but I've had prior surgeons who did NOT do it (or only did it begrudgingly) and Dr Licht did so with her standard pleasant demeanor, compassion, and willingness to provide answers an engage in patient education rather than brush things off with an attitude of "don't question me; I'M the DOCTOR." Clone this lady! She is awesome!!

Got there they stated my appointment was cancelled, I did not cancel my appointment. Then waited two hours and still never saw anyone because they were “working me in” for an appointment I never cancelled.

Greatest Dr ever!

Dr Licht came in the room aggressive with an attitude. My brother that accompanied me to my visit asked me if I knew her personally. That’s how aggressive she was. She was also non-empathetic. I’m assuming it was because I asked the medical assistant. When was I going to be called back. My appointment was an hour and fifteen minutes ago. From that moment. They both displayed negative attitude

Only draw back was an hour+ wait beyond my scheduled appointment time to see Dr. Licht. It was a Monday and the computers were moving slow but not the staff!

I did have to wait over an hour past my appointment time, but when she came in Dr. Licht was amazing! She was personable, professional, and thorough. She explained what was going on with my hand and allowed me to choose between treatment options. She also explained what the injection I was getting would do (I am always curious about medical procedures!). It’s worth waiting for a doctor when they don’t make you feel bad about the questions you ask and don’t mind explaining what is going on. I appreciated Dr. Licht and look forward to working with her as treatment progresses.

I'm sure this falls more on the fault of the front staff than her, but I waited an hour in the waiting room before being escorted into one of the patient rooms, where I then waited another 20-25 min. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable. Front staff needs to do a way better job in booking appointments because there is no excuse for how long I had to wait other than incompetence or apathy. If I had been 15 min late my appt would have been bumped, but y'all are allowed to keep me waiting for over an hour?

I found Dr Licht to be a very good listener, quick to grasp and identify the problem being described, and one of few who provide feedback and complex information in a very meaningful, understandable way. Rather than being "knife happy," she understood my preference to begin with a conservative, non-surgical approach to see what progress could be gained, a quality I very much appreciate in a physician. Although there may need to be a surgery, we're starting with splints and OT to see if surgery can be avoided (maybe not) or at least delayed (reasonably possible). She explained the surgery so I would have all information for both the surgical and non-surgical options and not only supported but also agreed with my decision to try non-surgical while also assuring me that she would be willing and able to do the surgery. I am fully confident in Dr Litch's expertise, competence, and ability to do the surgery if it becomes necessary.
