Dr. Licht was very cordial, . Clear and succinct in diagnosing my wrist issue.
She took the time to explain everything and throughly answered all my questions.
Very pleased with Heather.
This was the worst office visit I have ever experienced with Dr Licht . I received an injection in my left hand and with Dr Licht always giving the injection. This time the Dr came in the room and was accompanied by another clinician that I had never seen and there was no introduction made. The clinician immediately started the injection while Dr Licht was using the computer and the pain was unbearable. When she finished I was trying to regain my composure and wipe the tears streaming down my face while being quickly ushered out of the room. I would like a copy of this office visit mailed to me and the name of the person that administered the injection as I never will allow that again. If Dr Licht is no longer going to administer my injections I will have to find care under another physician. My experiences with this Dr have always been wonderful and I have recommended her to several people that are now using her. I eagerly await your response.
