Let me make my self very clear, I waited 4 months to get an appointment with TOC. I was in pain for four months. Then when my appointment time arrived, I arrived at 9:30pm then completed the required paperwork. Then waited until 10:15pm. During this last 5 minutes, I sent a message to VA and advised the Rheumatologist that I was in severe pain and was not getting attenuation from TOC for my scheduled appointment at 9:30am. The VA called me and said to drive over to Huntsville VA and pickup an emergency prednisone kit. I left after waiting until 10:15 am to drive to Huntsville VA to pickup my emergency prednisone kit. I am very disappointed in TOC Huntsville.
The staff was excellent. Always kind and helpful.
Dr. Licht is a kind and compassionate doctor and also a great hand surgeon! I highly recommend her.
She is so kind, listens to what I say, and gives confidence to open options!!!
Very Professional
Professional, breaking things down to the most simplistic manner for me to understand. No pressure approach. Listened to the patient (me) and the needs of siad patient. The person touch that she added to her professionalism is what made the visit and ability to securely select a path forward for my injury, makes it easy.
Great bedside manner. Excellent communication skills.
