He was very fast and the EMG was not fun at all. If wish he’d gone gone a little slower quite painful at times. Good Dr. Disappointed he doesn’t take new pts on and is 6 months booked out? I came from Prescott hoping he would treat me after the EMG but guess not?

Professional and explained every bit of the procedure. Soft spoken. Introduced himself right away and reached out to shake my hand as an introduction.

The only problem I had with Dr. Kumar was it was hard to understand him due to his heavy accent.

Had an EMG test done today with Dr. Kumar. It's an inherently painful test, but Dr. Kumar made to the most painful parts of the test were gotten out of the way before finishing.

I’m sure he’s a good doctor but my experience with EMG was torture with tears in eyes and no way to ease pain. I had to stop nerve conductor study after 1 needle. The pain was excruciating and was not prepared for such a barbaric test. Wouldn’t wish this on my enemy, except for Putin!

The Core institute is not. disabiled patient friendly. Standing in line for 10 min just to check in, not enough handicap parking spots, not enough chairs in lobby and too much paperwork when the info is already available in the patient electronic file. The Doctor was very friendly and understanding and I really like him. Its just that the process to get in for appointment is stressful.

Dr Kumar is clearly very well educated and is knowledgeable in medicines that are underutilized for common ailments. I definitely would refer friends and family to CORE and Dr Kumar if they were in need of a neurologist.
