Dr.Tuttle is a kind, very helpful, concerned, empathetic doctor and a wonderful human being. He goes out of his way to help his patients. Doctors like him a hard to find. Not once have I ever felt rushed by him, even when I see him in the hallway. I’m so thankful for him and grateful to him for caring for me.
