My overall experience was very good with exception of the excruciating pain suffered by the needle numbing procedure. This was a severe pain that I have never experienced in my many prior surgeries.

Very friendly, knowledgeable but seemed like he was in a big hurry. My eye was worse when I made the appointment so there wasn't much for him to check. A minute or two of him explaining what was causing this or saying a diagnosis would've been nice. He told me how I can be proactive going forward but didn't even realize that I had been using steroid drops when the eye flared up. That info was in the notes the optician took. Overall, glad it wasn't a big issue but I expected more from a specialist
