This man has been my Dr. since he first opened his practice. When you know you have something exceptional you stick with it and Dr. Cotler is exceptional! For anyone who prefers a female Dr. his daughter Dr. Samantha Cotler is also an accomplished Dr. who went an entire year with not one registered complaint!
