He was great and kind. He really listened to my concerns.
Doctor Patlolla took the time to listen to my concerns and had excellent bedside manner! The plan of care addressed all of my concerns as well. I highly recommend his services.
Dr. Patlolla is easy to talk to, asks great questions for understanding where you are. Genuinely concerned for his patients.
Explained test results very and changed a few meds. All explanations were simple to understand. This was only my 2nd visit with him I am pleased
Interrupted me when i was trying to answer questions he asked. Appeared very rushed like he was reading from a prepared script. I said I exercised 40-60 minutes per day 5 days per week. Was still advised to exercise more and lose weight. My blood pressure was very high due to being nervous at the appointment. I tried explaining nervousness and that I haven't experienced high blood pressure at any other office but he interrupted stating I should lower my salt intake and increase exercise. He was wearing a mask and I had difficulties understanding his questions/responses. By the end of the appointment I felt like it didn't matter how I answered any questions because he was no longer listening.
Well prepared and concise. 😊
Excellent visit and very informative
He does not have good bedside manners. He thinks he’s better than you as a patient. This was my mother’s take on him and my opinion was he was outright rude and insulting. He did not allow me the time to answer any question without interrupting and proceeded to insult me! The pharmacy and the insurance kept telling me different reasons of why the medication wasn’t approved he didn’t give me enough time to tell him and said it sounds like I have a lot of confusion and I need to get someone else to take care of my mom. I am furious at him and never want to see his face again! He even insulted me at the hospital right after my mom’s emergency surgery in which I did everything right in getting her there! He took him damn time getting to the hospital though! My mom lost 35 percent of her heart! She was at the hospital within 15 min of first signs of any heart attack! He’s a complete jerk. One of the worst doctor’s attitudes I’ve ever seen! And I have deep respect for doctors.
Dr Patlolla is very approachable and explains everything very well to his patients. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
Good doctor
