Great doctor, staff failing to send release to surgical team so I can have surgery tomorrow Time is running out.
The entire reason for my visit was the release and no one ever answers the phone there. Surgery team left multiple messages

From the moment the visit started, I felt genuinely heard. The doctor took the time to understand my concerns, explained things in a clear and thoughtful way, and made me feel completely at ease.
